JeetBuzz Terms and Conditions – Rules & User Agreement

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a JeetBuzz account you must be at least 18 years of age and must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is specifically prohibited. By completing the registration process you confirm that you meet these requirements.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a valid Pakistani phone number. JeetBuzz reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. This is standard practice on gaming platforms and is done to protect players from unauthorised use of their account.

Providing false information during registration — including using a false name, date of birth, or another person's identity — is a breach of these Terms. JeetBuzz will close any account found to have been registered fraudulently and may retain any balance pending investigation.

2 Account Responsibility

Your JeetBuzz account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your login credentials. JeetBuzz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and choosing a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

If you believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact JeetBuzz support immediately via live chat. Prompt reporting allows the support team to freeze account activity while an investigation is conducted.

JeetBuzz cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from you sharing your account credentials with another person or from your failure to keep your login details secure. All bets and transactions that occur while logged in under your credentials are considered your own actions unless clear evidence of unauthorised access exists.

Account sharing — allowing another person to use your JeetBuzz account — is not permitted. Both accounts involved in a sharing arrangement may be suspended and any bonuses or winnings associated with shared activity may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

JeetBuzz supports deposits and withdrawals in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards and supported mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. JeetBuzz does not charge any fees on deposits. Payment provider fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the player and will be indicated by the relevant payment provider at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your JeetBuzz balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours depending on your bank. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Before your first withdrawal is processed, JeetBuzz may require identity verification documents. This is a standard process and is completed once — subsequent withdrawals to a verified account are processed without additional documentation in most cases.

JeetBuzz does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Your deposit must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending review.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBuzz offers bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are stated on the individual promotion page and must be read in conjunction with this general section.

Wagering requirements determine how many times a bonus amount — or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer — must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement must generate PKR 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is unlocked for that bonus portion.

• Bonuses are available to one account per player — duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses will be disqualified
• JeetBuzz reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated time limit will expire automatically
• Bets placed on excluded game categories do not count towards wagering requirements
• JeetBuzz may void winnings generated from bonuses if abuse or exploitation is detected

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, exploiting technical errors in bonus calculation, or coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially — will result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.

5 Gameplay & Fair Use

JeetBuzz offers Casino games (slots and live dealer), Sports Betting covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, Fish Games and Bingo. • JeetBuzz reserves the right to limit betting activity on any market or game at its sole discretion
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned
• Colluding with other players — particularly in live poker or table game formats — is prohibited

6 Privacy & Data

JeetBuzz collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing account activity — including transaction records, game history and identity verification documents — is used for account management, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance and improving platform services. 8 Account Termination

You may close your JeetBuzz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

JeetBuzz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for account termination by JeetBuzz include:

• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or exploitation
• Use of automated tools or bots
• Fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Collusion, match-fixing or any other form of cheating
• Threatening or abusive behaviour towards support staff

In cases of serious breach, JeetBuzz may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

9 Limitation of Liability

JeetBuzz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability, JeetBuzz does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors or temporary unavailability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect access to some or all services.

JeetBuzz is not liable for any loss of winnings, missed betting opportunities or financial loss resulting from platform unavailability, technical errors or delays in payment processing that are beyond the reasonable control of JeetBuzz. This includes disruptions caused by your internet service provider, your device, or third-party payment processors.

To the maximum extent permitted, JeetBuzz's total liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Changes to These Terms

JeetBuzz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, JeetBuzz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via on-site notification or email.
